Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Returns & Replacement
- All services purchased on Edumetrix are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
- All returnable products purchased on Edumetrix should be returned within the 3 days of the delivery date.
- In order to be eligible for a return, or refund, the product must be in undamaged state and your item/s must be returned in "new and unused" condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties card, invoice etc.), parts and accessories to insure full credit.
- "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
- Cancellation/return of Orders/replacement of orders, beyond 3 days of delivery date are not eligible for refunds/return/replacement.
- Products defective or damaged upon arival are replaceable/repairable under terms and conditions of the warranty of that product by the product manufacturer.
- In order to claim a refund for returnable products please email your request along with the order number to support@edumetrix in from your registered email-id
- After receiving the product our testing team will verify, approve and process the refund.
Refund Policy
- After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.
- Post inspection we will communicate the status of the refund via email.
- Post approval, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.
- We will refund the amount within 15 working days post approval to the original method of payment .
Cancellation Policy
- For Cancellations contact Edumetrix Support @ contact us page or send us a mail from your registered email-id mentioning you order-id
- Please quote OrderID in all communications.
- Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order.
- Your order will be cancelled and refund will be processed as per Refund Policy and Cancellation/Refund charges will apply.
Cancellation/Refund charges
- Minimum of Rs 50 , maximum 5% of order value.
- Online Transaction Charges: 6% of total payment or as per payment gateway/bank charges will also be deducted.
- In case of cancellation, after shipment of order , courier charges will be borne by the customer only.
